No Limits, Only Experiences
We believe in the art of possible: the PADI system is performance-based, meaning that we modify skill techniques to meet performance requirements by leveraging what individual students can do. Most divers are able to meet PADI standards for scuba diving certification.
Underwater, everyone is equal. It doesn’t matter that you have cognitive or developmental concerns, need support for stress and anxiety or have physical challenges. Scuba diving is known to provide a range of health and wellness benefits. Learn more
Adaptive diving is a holistic approach: scuba diving adapts to you and your needs and contributes to overall health and wellness. Some adaptive techniques are just more visible than others.
Scuba diving is a transformational experience, increasing our overall health and wellbeing as we refresh, rejuvenate and engage our senses. We are committed to cultivating diversity, equality and inclusion, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect, patience, empathy and kindness.
Together, we’ll create a relationship that fosters your growth as a self-confident, safety-conscious diver, setting and achieving goals, mastering something you never thought you could do in a million years. You purchase a course, but you earn your certification.

Discover the Possibilities!
Cognitive and Developmental needs are unique to each diver.
Perhaps things need to be repeated or stated more slowly.
Because we do only private scuba diving instruction, there’s no rush and your instructors are there to support your needs with patience and greater specificity.
PADI e-Learning provides instruction in multiple formats including text, audio and multimedia to better address individual learning styles.
Stress and Anxiety can feel crippling. We’ll work with you to break down that barrier.
It’s been said that scuba diving is similar to meditation, allowing the mind to focus on the sound of breathing and the freedom of basking in the beauty of our underwater world.
We’ll train you in specific techniques that help you stay in control and not become overwhelmed. Sometimes you just need a hand to hold on to until you get your bearings.
Physical Challenges manifest in many ways.
Perhaps you’re worried that an aging body or recent injury might mean that you can’t manage the weight of all the scuba gear. We’ll train you to don your gear in the water.
Perhaps you’re concerned about wetsuit sizing or going through your air too quickly – we have a wide range of options.
Perhaps you need assistance getting to the water, have a prosthetic, vision or hearing condition that needs more flexibility – call us to discuss your needs.

Requirements, Location and Logistics
- All of our classes take place from the shore. The Casino Point Dive Park qualifies as Confined Open Water for PADI training. We’ll work with you to discuss your entry options and help determine if our location is a good fit for your certification.
- All certification classes require medical clearance. We are available to speak with you and your medical team if that’s helpful.
- Each situation is unique and every physically challenged diver has their own preferences when entering the water. Because there is a stair entry, most divers choose to don gear once in the water. The assistance of buddies accompanying each diver is welcome and often preferred.
- Depending on individual circumstance, we have seen divers choose to be carried or to wear prosthetics until ready to enter the water.
- We provide shades, mats and chairs. Canopy flaps can provide privacy for changing and there are handicapped accessible restrooms on site. We can also provide assistance with transportation and hotel needs.
Pricing Options
- All courses start at the standard rates listed under Recreational and Specialty certifications. However, more time is often needed to achieve PADI performance standards. Depending on your specific situation, we will provide discounted rates for as much time as needed to meet your goal. We’re here, regardless of how long it takes.
- There is one local company offering boat diving and we can work with them if boat entry is preferred for advanced certifications. (Separately, at an additional cost based on their rates.)
- If we determine that either our Casino Point location or PADI performance requirements are not a good fit, we’ll assist you in finding a location, program and instructional team to best meet your needs.
